Can anyone shed some light as to the meaning of the serial number? ie 01/00256.
Also is there anyway of seeing production numbers for the watches? I am just curious to see how many of each model, jsar in particular, they have made.

a serial number would be better than a year…
Here a 83XXXXX Sea Dweller 16660; has it a regular dial for its year (1983 ?) ??

I have been working on a project for some time. I finally got an outer case last week. Still looking for a set of hands (I think they are moon style) I got the band on the watch from a collector in Japan….Not correct but not bad. The band next to the watch is an original band. I still have the stars and buckle..
